Course Description

This course is for beginners in vocal art. It covers all basics of singing, such as body awareness, correct breathing and technique, rhythm, stage presentation and working with a band. It is meant to prepare the young learner for any further ventures in music.

Session 1: Breath, Support and Making Sound (December 17, 2024)
In this introductory lesson, you will learn the basic components of singing: how to breathe correctly, how to support and how to make a stable sound, through examples and exercises. At the end of the lesson, you'll have the chance to apply the new skills to a song.
